  VT100 & Linux Terminal Emulation  screenshot
Indigo now includes a new terminal view window that supports VT100 & Linux terminal emulation.  This new terminal data view window also supports direct keyboard data entry in the session data window.   more information 
  New HTML-based ASCII Chart   screenshot
Indigo provides an integrated web browser for previewing/surfing web pages. This web browser is built in for convenience and is treated like other session windows. This integrated browser is built on Microsoft Internet Explorer technology. more information
  Move Sessions in Session Manager  screenshot
Indigo now allows you to move sessions in the session manager. Simply right-click the session and select the "Move" menu item.  A dialog will disaply allowing you to select the new folder to move the session to.
 Improved Data Converter  screenshot
The data converter engine was completely rebuilt to provide a much more robust and efficient data conversion processing.  The speed of data converting was improved by over 100%.  Additionally the new data converter supports a new feature called "byte grouping".  Byte grouping allows you to group multiple bytes and display the output in Words and DWords.  This byte grouping feature is available for the base conversion types: HEX, DEC, OCT, BINARY, and byte analysis.  more information
  Advanced Data Logging   screenshot
New features in the data logging engine improve support for continious logging applications.  New features include timestamping log entries and auto creating new log files based on date change or maximum number of bytes reached.  The log file can also be configured to automatically start logging anytime the session is opened.  more information
  Macro Toolbar  screenshot
A new toolbar is included that adds a quick and convienant way to recall the first five user defined macros.  Clicking one of the macro buttons on the toolbar will send the macro command to the current selected terminal session.  Placing the mouse over the macro toolbar button will display a tooltip prompt that shows the macro command name.
  Session Property Enhancements  screenshot
Several new session property options have been added to give you more control over the behavior of your terminal sessions.  These enhancements include:
  • Terminating Character
    Allows you to specify the automative command terminating character.  This is set to <CR><LF> by default. 

  • Auto Line Wrap
    Allows you to force incomming data to a new line after a specified number of bytes have been reached per line.  Some devices do not include formatting line character, but rather simply transmit raw data in a stream of data bytes.  This option will allow you to view the incomming data in a more managable way.

  • Post Processing Script
    This feature allow you to assign a custom VBScript or JScript function to process incomming session data before it is presented to the session window.  This scripting feature allow you to create highly customized behavior and can even modify the data before it is presented to the session window. more information

  • Keep Alive
    If enabled, this feature will send keep keep alive packets to the connected device/server to prevent server controller session disconnects.

  Added Pause Data to Toolbar  screenshot
The session pause incoming data function has been added to the session toolbar for greater convienance.  Selecting this toolbar button will toggle the pause data status.
  Command Scripting  screenshot
Indigo now supports command scripting using custom VBScript code or functions.  Command scripting allow you to perform custom processing on inbound command data to the connected terminal session.  Additionally a user interface library is also includes which allows you to prompt users for additional data before submitting to the session.  more information
